Lesson 1 - こ/そ/あ/ど|(demonstrative pronouns)

We will study how to use demonstrative pronouns from the next lesson.

Let's start with greetings!

<ちか先生(せんせい)から しゅくだい|Homework from Chika sensei>

Let's say hello to sensei!

こんにちは(konnichiwa=hello)。 (your name) です(desu)。

ex) こんにちは。ちかせんせいです。

*The word 「こんにち"は"」 is read as "wa", but it is typed as "ha".

Let me know your name:)

How to type

If you want to type「わたし」for hiragana, type [watashi] on a Japanese keyboard.

Once you have written hiragana for a single kanji or katakana, use the Spacebar to convert it and the Enter key to confirm.

The Enter key is used most often in Japanese.

Until you get used to it, you should use the Enter key to confirm each word individually.

You can manage this by using the Spacebar and the Enter key regularly.
